Making the Move to Middle Leadership

💡 If you wanted to apply for a promotion sometime soon, what might you do now? And what are some of these things that would also be enjoyable, refreshing, and make you feel more encouraged and energised at work?

At the WomenEdSGP conference: Level Up Career Clinic, we set out to share ideas and facilitate sharing about how to grow towards middle leadership. Our workshop participants were full of good ideas and the discussion was so generative. We asked folks to write ideas on sixteen sheets around the room - you can see two of them in the photos here.

Near the end of the workshop, everyone was clustered around sheet 7 - engage in professional social media. We had a conversation in which we encouraged each other to share, write, and connect on social media.
