International schools are diverse, and we want to have good communication between staff, students, and parents across many cultural backgrounds. In this workshop, we will consider in depth four aspects of cross-cultural interaction: communication styles, ways of building trust, giving and receiving feedback, and generational differences. Participants will leave with a better understanding of their own cultural preferences and will be equipped with tools and confidence to connect more effectively and joyfully with others from other cultures.
